Popular trading card anime film, Yu-Gi-Oh! will get a new movie. This certainty come from 4k Media as wholly-owned subsidiary of Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc who created to manage the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise outside of Asia, announce on Tuesday that a new Yu-Gi-Oh! Movie currently in development in Japan.
As quoted from YuGiOh.com, Kristen Gray, 4K Media senior vice president operations, business and legal affairs said "We're thrilled to bring the Yu-Gi-Oh! characters back to theater screens for their enthusiastic fan base", "It's a major piece in the robust resurgence of the brand that will have significant implications moving forward."
The Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series has released seven title, they are Yu-Gi-Oh! (1998), Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (2000), Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V.
While the movie has released two title film, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light and Yu-Gi-Oh!: Bonds Beyond Time.
