A week after the announcement of sequel for the The New Prince of Tennis TV series that will be released this fall, announced that the The New Prince of Tennis: vs Genius10 OVA first volume scheduled to release on October 29.
The OVA will consists of five volume, which the first volume contains the first episode "Kakumei heno Zensoukyoku" (The prelude to the Revolution) and the second episode "Gekisen Kaishi" (A fierce battle begins).
According to July issue of Shueisha's Jump Square magazine, Takeshi Konomi and Ken-ichi Sakura's spin-off four-panel manga Houkago no Ouji-sama (The Prince of Afterschool) will be made as flash anime and will be bundled with 2 episode of The New Prince of Tennis OVA on October 29 as a bonus. Not only that, the bonuses will contain clean opening anime sequence, two clean ending anime sequences, U-17 Japanese Representative Training Camp snapshots, The Prince of After School's exclusive illustration sheet , and eight pages of liner notes.
The New Prince of Tennis OVA sequel will be available on Blu-ray Disc for 5,400 yen and on DVD for 6,480 yen on October 29.
